Ms. Divya S. graduated with a B.A. LL.B. from University Law College, Bangalore University, and later completed her LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Laws from the School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. She has professional experience as a Legal Consultant with Lawyerpanel (Eresolutions), where she handled client advisory, settlement negotiations and compliance matters related to banking and financial disputes. Her academic interests include corporate and financial laws, competition (antitrust) regulation and consumer protection, reflecting a strong engagement with contemporary issues in commercial law
