Profile
Mr. Aswin K. completed his B.B.A. in Human Resource Management from the University of Calicut in 2019, followed by a 3-year LL.B. from the University of Calicut in 2022. He later obtained his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from Parul University, Vadodara in 2024, graduating with First Class Distinction.
He has gained practical legal exposure through enrolment with the High Court of Kerala and practice before the District Court, Kozhikode. His academic interests include Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber and Technology Law, and Business Law, reflecting a focus on the intersection of law, innovation, and commerce.

- Completed his LL.M. dissertation titled “Role of Geographical Indications in Promoting Traditional Indian Products – Case Studies and Legal Implications.”
