Mr. Rahul Simha N. graduated with a B.A. LL.B. from University Law College, Bengaluru, and later completed his LL.M. from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru, strengthening his academic foundation in advanced legal studies.
Prior to entering academia, he worked as an Associate at Nargund Associates, gaining practical experience in contract drafting, litigation support and client advisory.
His academic interests include Insolvency Law, Constitutional Law and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Through his teaching, he seeks to bridge the gap between legal theory and practical application, encouraging analytical thinking and professional readiness among students.
